Bring antenatal records, scan and laboratory reports, prescriptions, blood-group information and any referral notes.
No. Imaging or laboratory tests are separate and only arranged when clinically advised and available.
The team can assess urgent symptoms, but transfer may be required when the mother or baby needs a higher level of specialist or critical care.
