ESHA × NutriLive
Personalised nutrition that fits everyday life.
ESHA’s nutrition service is offered in collaboration with NutriLive, led by Dietitian Poonam Girish. The approach emphasises practical, kitchen-based plans and coordinated care when a medical condition needs clinician input.
What happens during the first nutrition consultation?
The dietitian reviews your goals, food pattern, routine, preferences and relevant medical information, then discusses realistic next steps. Bring recent reports and your medicine list when available.
Will I receive a kitchen-based diet plan?
NutriLive focuses on practical meal planning using familiar foods. The final plan is individualised after assessment and may be revised during follow-up.
Can nutrition counselling help with diabetes or PCOD?
Nutrition can be an important part of care, but it does not replace prescribed medicines or medical review. The dietitian may coordinate with your treating clinician when appropriate.
Do you provide plans for pregnancy or kidney conditions?
Consultation may be available for pregnancy-related nutrition and selected kidney-related diets. Please disclose the treating doctor’s advice and bring relevant reports so suitability can be confirmed.
Is this a rapid weight-loss programme?
No guaranteed or rapid result is promised. The focus is a safe, practical approach based on your health, habits and follow-up.
Are online and in-person consultations available?
NutriLive offers online and offline consultation options. Please contact the team to confirm the current format, timing and charges.
