Responsible reporting

Useful to employers. Respectful of employees.

Individual health information is handled through the agreed consent and disclosure process. Employer-facing summaries can focus on participation and aggregated health trends; individual reports and clinical advice are provided through the appropriate confidential pathway.

Partner programmes

Designed for varied workplaces.

ESHA already supports corporate and industrial tie-ups. New programmes are structured according to the workforce and operational requirement rather than forcing every organisation into one package.

Occupational and statutory requirements

If your organisation requires Form 32/33, a factory medical officer, audiometry, spirometry, colour-vision testing, X-ray or another hazard-specific investigation, ESHA will first confirm the exact legal requirement, authorised examiner and available delivery arrangement. These services are not represented as included until confirmed in writing.

Common questions

Before you request a programme

Can ESHA conduct the entire health check-up at our workplace?

Basic registration, vital signs, selected screening and eligible sample collection may be conducted on-site. Equipment-dependent investigations and consultations may be scheduled at ESHA or through an agreed arrangement. The final model depends on the scope and location.

Can we customise the tests for different employee groups?

Yes. Panels can be separated by age, role, exposure profile or seniority after clinical and operational review. ESHA will identify which components are routine screening and which require specific clinical or statutory oversight.

Will the employer receive individual medical results?

Disclosure is governed by employee consent, the agreed programme and applicable requirements. ESHA can provide individual reports to employees and aggregated, non-identifying summaries to the organisation; any fitness reporting is agreed separately.
