Information you choose to provide
This website does not currently provide patient accounts or store appointment forms. If you call ESHA or continue to WhatsApp, Maps or another service, the information you provide is handled through that service and the hospital’s applicable procedures.
Please protect your medical information
Do not send medical records, identification documents, insurance documents or sensitive health information through a general website or pre-filled WhatsApp link. Call the hospital for instructions on an appropriate channel.
Technical and analytics information
The hosting service may process basic technical logs to deliver and protect the website. ESHA also uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website use, including pages visited and general interactions such as appointment, call, WhatsApp, pharmacy and corporate-health link clicks. The website is configured not to send form contents, patient names, telephone numbers, prescriptions or medical information to Analytics. Google may process device, browser and approximate location information under its applicable terms. ESHA does not sell website visitor information.
Your choices and requests
You may use browser privacy controls to restrict cookies. You may also contact ESHA to ask about personal information submitted directly to the hospital and request correction or deletion where applicable, subject to legal, medical-record and regulatory retention requirements.

Telephone, WhatsApp, Google Analytics and map links or services are operated by other providers. Their privacy terms apply to their processing.
